Hi , i am working with MNC.. a gal has reported to mgmt that i have harased her in cab. Actually what happened is she does not want to come in the night shift so she told that i touched some part of her body in cab. And this is total lie. Now driver and the other cab mates are with me and supporting me but i dont know why the gal is doing this. If something wrong happens i will be thrown out of the company without my fault. Pleas advice as the MNC are very strict abt this kind of issue. I dont want to loose my job at this time. Thanks.

See as the driver and cab mates are with you..there's no need to panic..u can ask them to be present when you discuss the issue with ur higher authorities...and ensure that u are brought out of the whole issue...in a safe way... And also u can try talking to that gal and find out the reason why she had lied...before going to ur authorities..

As cab driver r with u,Just go to police and register a case against that girl for mental harassment and false complain.God Will Be With u.

If drive and cab mates are with you then you can report this issue to senior officers and take them in confidence before they know about the matter alse you can report to police and court also.

TALK TO SOMEONE ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! You might have to take her to court!!!
