I've already tried adjusting the color, and doing a test print several times but to no avvail. CAn anyone help me fix this problem?

I've got a Lexmark all in one (x1150) that couldn't print an image if I held a gun to it. I did everything...full cleaning, settings, round and round with Lexmark's "tech support". Finally gave up and bought a Canon for image printing. I use the Lexmark for text only .

If the test print is coming out pink, I would say you need a new color cartridge, because the blue and yellow are not coming out.

substitute the colour of your text fabric fabric to dark green and then print returned. lots of the greater moderen drivers to now no longer enable on your printer to make composite black, forcing you into procuring a clean cartridge.

Hello,
have you tried cleaning your printer heads by using the automatic cleaning facility that comes with your software. try using all the methods that come with your software, then again you might just need more ink : )

You need a new colour cartridge.
