WWI
Stanley Kubrick's "Paths of Glory" with Kirk Douglas is a great one.
"Johnny Got His Gun"
If you can deal with subtitles, "A Very Long Engagement" is beautiful and tragic and beautiful again.
"Gods and Monsters" which is really about James Whale, the director of "Frankenstein" and "Bride of Frankenstein" has amazing aspects of trench warfare.

There are so many. Like others have said, "Saving Private Ryan", "From Here to Eternity", "Guadalcanal Diary", "Battle Cry", "Patton", "Bridge over the River Kwai", "Battle of the Bulge", "Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence", "Yanks", "Guns of Navarone", "Bataan", "Back to Bataan", "Catch 22", and hundreds more.
Korean War
"M.A.S.H.", "Pork Chop Hill"
Vietnam
