No native Mainer has ever served as president. George H.W. Bush has had a summer home in Maine throughout his life, but he is officially a resident of Texas.
Hannibal Hamlin, who was Abraham Lincoln's first vice president, left office only weeks before Lincoln was assassinated. The Republicans had replaced Hamlin on the presidential ticket with Andrew Johnson because Johnson was a Southerner.

There were no presidents born in Maine. The elder President Bush maintained a vacation home in Kennebunkport, Maine during his term in office. I don't know if he still has it.
