I have a Dell TrueMobile 1300 802.11 b/g PC Card. Can I get this to work in Linux? If yes, then how?

I have the Windows drivers, but no Linux ones

Many wireless cards are beginning to gain support under Linux. If you still have a problem, I recommend you research a program called "ndiswrapper". It allows you to load windows drivers under Linux.

First you must install, then run "ndiswrapper -i .inf", finally "modprobe ndiswrapper" to load the driver, as root.

Please note I have not used it in a while, so the above instructions may vary.
