I am looking for someone who makes lollipop Christmas ornaments that are personalized with the year & the date. I have one, but can't remember where I got it & need one for my new husband & nephew. They look like real lollipops & the lady used a gold marker to put the names on with. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Couldn't you make your own, using a real lollipop? You could write your name with a gold fine line paint marker. After it dried, you could dip the pop in shellac to preserve it. It should work. I would wrap the lollipop top in clear cellophane, so the name will show. Secure it with a colorful ribbon. You could also make one out of Fimo clay that is baked in the oven. It comes in many colors. You can get the sticks in the cake decorating section of any large craft store.

what's it made out of? my grandmother made some with small styrofoam balls on small wooden dowels and then covered the ball with fabric and added a ribbon and a hanger, but I know they can be made out of other things - especially if someone used a gold marker to write on it. if it's made out of clay, why not try making your own. the polymer clay isn't terribly expensive and it's pretty fun to play with.

you need to use 2 white styrofoam plates, a dowel and coloured saran wrap for the better adorns on the backside of the tree, utilising purple duct tape to characteristic stripes to the lollipop.
