they are supposed to wear ono once a day. You change them when you feel wetness in them

I usually only wear them towards the end of my period, when there's very little flow. Otherwise, I stick to tampons because they're more discreet, plus I usually wear g-strings - so I guess panty liners aren't really suitable!!

As long as your period lasts, and change them every hour or more.

whenever you feel like it. not necessarily on your period. whenever you are susceptible to leakage or secretions. maybe before your period or after. after sexual intercourse, after using lubricants and other medication.
