i have shakiras skin complextion , 5,7 , toned , dark brown eyes , fullish lips , dark brown hair with golden honey blondish streeks ( leave my hair natral ) ....
make up routine: a lil tinted moisterizer , black eyeliner ( in side with a thin line ontop (smudged) ) , and light pink or nude lip gloss
what do you think girls n guys?
any tips that would look sexy ? (if so step by step instructions )
do you think charcoal will work better then black ?

Well if you were looking for a sexier look you should use a medium coverage foundation instead of a tinted moisturizer (leave that for a natural day time look). Go for smokey eyes using browns instead of greys (better suited for your coloring) and then just stick with the nude lips (never go heavy on the eyes and on the lips! one or the other)
