heels most definitely - flats are truly disgusting. I wear heels all the time, and am sooo much more comfortable in them. I truly love the way a pair of feminine, unbelievably high, thin stiletto heels make my legs and feet look - soo utterly delicate, extremely sophisticated and unabashedly sexy. Heels improve your posture, and give a very sensual wiggly to your walk. With each diminutive step, my slim hips sway soo incredibly seductively. ( I'm the one you'd see in the grocery store line in extremely tall absolutely drop dead gorgeous stiletto heels mules, my impeccably polished toes absolutely slathered in expensive gold and diamond toe rings, an extremely large two caret diamond solitaire toe ring on my fourth toe ( it is so very decadent, the large diamond is set high and absolutely dwarfs my fourth toe) and a heavy diamond tennis bracelet around one of my slim ankles) I love all the wonderful attention I receive from men because of my choice of footwear, I never have to open doors or pull out a chair, men sense my glamorous predicament and assist me. I've been wearing heels for so long that I absolutely cannot wear flats - they simply hurt when I try to walk in them. A 4 inch heel for me is actually quite normal. Wearing heels all the time is actually quite an expensive extravagance, (shoes, hosiery, thrice weekly pedicures, massages, jewelry etc) but to me it is so worth it. . Conversations absolutely stop when I slowly stroll into a room precariously perched atop a pair of unthinkably tall, strappy stiletto sandals, lights glimmering off my utterly luxe diamond toe jewelry and expensive anklets, and I command the undivided attention of all present. These shoes aren’t about comfort, they are about boosting the feminine ego. Even after 5 years of wearing stilettos, I still feel so vulnerable, and unsteady, yet enchantingly glamorous and confident of myself while wearing my heels.
Some women, however, make light of my total commitment to wearing fashionable, feminine stilettos. Most women just don’t understand why I put up with the slight discomfort, and the self imposed limitations to my mobility caused by my choice of footwear. As you know, stairways, escalators uneven surfaces, cracks and gaps in the sidewalk, loose carpeting, and slick flooring all are potentially dangerous obstacles that a committed heel wearer must overcome at each and every turn throughout the day. I truly am disgusted by women that don’t respect MY CHOICE of pampering myself with fashionable, feminine stilettos.
Even with the discomfort, the mobility limitations, and the occasional snide comments from women, my choice to wear heels is worth it knowing that men feel that I’m the most feminine, alluring, and desirable creature in the room! It’s a feeling that most women will never experience, because so few women choose to wear these wonderful creations. I cannot imagine life without my heels; they are a large part of my persona!

A 1 1/2" to 2' heel is great because they are not too high to walk around for extended periods of time.

Wow. I just looked up the history of high heels and what a story. Men started the practice (look it up yourself to see why) and the wealthy in the early 1500's (men and women) wore them for fashion (and to gain height) My question was answered - I always thought it was developed by a man, since it hurt so much. I mistakenly thought the Chinese developed high heels - with their ancient practice of deforming women's feet. Part of the 'keep women helpless' mind-set. Just think about it - would there be anything like rape if only men wore high heels and women wore shoes that they could run in?? After squeezing my poor feet into high heel shoes half my life my feet protested by giving me extreme PAIN!! This was in the mid 80's and I couldn't find a decent looking pair of flat shoes to save my life! Ended up (here's the Chinese again) going to a Chinese run store and buying 10 pairs of cloth flat slippers in all the colors of the rainbow. I was a happy camper when flat shoes started to be the fashion just a couple years later. So, what do I think about wearing high heels shoes?? UGH!

it actually depends on the girl. if she's 6 feet tall, she'll look like a monster on heels, but if its someone around 5'2 then she could probably need a boost. honestly i love wearing heels. its makes me at the level of most people allowing me to look them in the eye. the heels i wear usually dont top 4 inches, but nothing less than 2.

I wear high heels most of the time, usually three to four inches high.
A word of caution, it takes practice to wear high heels properly without falling on your nose with every step.

throughout the time of the day i dont positioned on heels yet i think depens on what ur doing reason i artwork in a spa as quickly as in awhile i'll throughout the time of the day...and there in basic terms a million inch i think of going out at night i positioned on 1inch - 4inch in my view, i think of human beings wearing extreme heels around 4inchs throughout the time of the day are no longer sensible..and that they stand out plenty and look kinda stupid except they have a good experience of style and can pull it off
