It's evident she's a computer wiz as well
as her man. It's not much you can do but don't feel helpless. You are the adult here and do not allow her to think she won. I would try contacting the companies I have an e-mail with and see if there are options with some form of security codes you can use to keep her nose out of your business. When asked do not allow your e-mail to be remembered on your computer. I wish you luck but i would give that daughter a piece of my mind, if I were you and report her as well. They will confiscate her computer and find her liable to charges she will have a hard time explaining. She's probably doing this to more people she know as well..

Your daughter may be computer savvy,
but you can set your computer so that she cannot have access.
Coppy and paste this into a WORD docutment and save, because there are many areas you will need to go into to get really secure...but
I've outlined it step by step for you.
Open User Accounts
START > in Control Panel > User Accounts
Click the Advanced tab.
In Secure logon, select the Require users to press Ctrl+ALT+DEL
Also, click Administrator...set a new password
Cick the other accounts and delete or disable all of them.
1. Make a secure password for the computer.
It should contain letters and numbers both.
DO NOT pick family, or pet names, or birthdays or anything she can possibly know.
Example: Fido2006 is TOTALLY EASY
to figure out.
Example: split keywords and dates like the address you grew up that she doesn't know
19Kin42ship, even reverse...would be way harder to figure out.
Make it something SO familiar to you, that you don't have to right it down anywhere...but that you will never forget it, because it is already in your head.
2. Secure your computer from anyone on or off your network, remotely or, by Network, or physically.
3. Block REMOTE ASSISTANCE
a. START > RIGHT click MyComputer > select Properties
b. go to tab REMOTE > in frame Remote Assistance > UNcheck "Allow Remote Assistance invitation"
c. in frame Remote Desktop > UNcheck "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer.
d. Click Apply
OK that will stop them "Remotely"
4. BLOCK NETWORK ACCESS
a. START > RIGHT click MyComputer >
b. LEFT click MyComputer > RIGHT click HARD DRIVE C >
c. select SHARING AND SECURITY
d. check option DO NOT SHARE THIS FOLDER.
e. click bottom button APPLY.
f. click tab SECURITY
g. YOU are the Administrator; Remove everyone else from access
Example: click "USERS" to highlight it
THEN in frame below click DENY across from Full Control.
h. Do this for everyone except you and SYSTEM
5. BLOCK PHYSICAL ACCESS
a. On a blank space on your desktop RIGHT click >
b. In the Display Properties Window
click tab Screen Saver > in the frame Screen saver CHECK the box
"On resume password protect"
and set the "WAIT" time BOX for just a couple of minutes > click the little side arrow down to about 3 minutes;
do not leave your computer unattended before the time is elapsed.... so that your daughter can not get to your computer to make changes anymore.
d. click button APPLY
You will need a password to get into your
desktop everytime in the future...but that is a small price to pay for this kind of real security
from snoopers.
Now you are protected, even from any Network.
You don't need to do this, but if you just want to:
If you don't want to be on a Network, because you do not depend on your Network for you internet access, nor for files sharing
then you can DISABLE that too.
START > RIGHT click MyNetwork Places >
select Disconnect Network Drive.
Now, with your new password in mind
RESTART your computer, and use your password to get in.
Now only you are able.

A software that could determine your password would have to try several passwords to find a password.
If you use a really BIG password, it would take millions of tries to get it. Your password must not be a dictionary word. Use something like:
Th1515av3ryg00dpa55w0rd
Unless she has a software for catching what you write, she will never crack a password like that.
She must have a keylogger in your PC, kill every strange process started automatically and remove them from Registry.

Again if you change the login to the actual computer she can't get in to tamper. If she is doing this remotely, then you need to format the drive, reinstall Windows, and then change ALL of your passwords to a secure one she cannot know or guess. Keep your antivirus and spyware prevention software up to date, and only communicate with her through web mail, if at all.
If it really needs to be that private, just say "NO". No doubt she or her husband are more computer savvy than you, so don't think you can outfox her. Do the above and use the telephone exclusively.

Just keep changing your password. It may be a hassle, but change it weekly, or whenever you feel like it has been compromised.
