when i have shaved me legs, i moistureise afterwards but a couple of days later when the hair starst to grow bk the itch like hell and i scratch them till the bleed (which in all fairness i can help as they itch that much) ive tried waxing and buffing the hairs and the same thing happens....help!

Sweetie, the reason you're itching is because you're skin is tightening up without enough moisture in it. So

1. EXFOLIATE before you shave (it makes all the hairs stand up on end)! And use the hottest water temp you can stand!
2. Use a good brand of shaving cream, which moisturises at the same time.
3. I'm assuming you ARE already using a good brand of shaver! So, when you have shaved, use a good brand of moisturiser (cream or oil) on them whilst they're wet!
4. When you've dried em, moisturise them yet again!

Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise!

You need to exfoliate daily to stop ingrowing hairs, shaving produces blunt ends which can have trouble getting through, waxing produces finer hairs which have the same trouble if you exfoliate daily it helps them come through.........

Just get a cheap scrub from boots it works as good as the expensive brands......

shave your legs with baby lotion it works for me and make sure that you shave your legs everyday so that u can garentee not more hairs growing which the result is no more itching oh and keep baby lotion on it in the morning before you leave and then put it on before you go to sleep!!!!! im the same, its very annoying, have you tryed using talc when they start itching, it helps me!
