Ok, you know how everyone here says things like, do more with your man, wear lingerie, cook naked, blah blah blah. Ok I want to try some of this stuff but I'm like, where do I start? What EXACTLY does one do when seducing your own boyfriend or husband? I need a step by step guide - lol. Ok I'm in my 30's and I'm not stupid I just think I'll crack up or something. Or worse he'll crack up. Help!

Just pick something easy and give it a try. Start out with some simple stuff from Victoria's Secret. Try being the initiator more often that not. Go for quickies - we love those.
Then see what his and your reaction is. If it is working for the both of you then you should be on automatic pilot.

You can start by going to the closest novelty store and buy some scented oils, feathers.
Dress up is always fun. Get some costumes from fredericks or the novelty stire... taht will get his attention.
Then buy "How to strip" by Carmen Electra
Get out of the bedroom! Do it in the kitchen, in the shower, outdoors, in a hotel room... everywhere BUT the bedroom.
Also, there are several books and videos targeted to couples trying to get a more satisfying physical relationship. Those are educational videos and books rather than dirty ones.

actually that is good, if you both laugh its ok :) Try sexy ligerie first that is easier you can always be under the covers or wear it under your clothes and let him discover it then you can see his reaction :) I understand exactly how you feel, I am the same way but the laughter is good as long as your both laughing!!
