my sisters did that!! u gotta reconnect it and go to the ipod website... then u have to read the instructions on how to reset it. either that or it just needs to be charged.. plug it in the charger, if it doesnt turn on then go to www.apple.com and go to where the ipod support place is... it will tell u how to reset it..

here is what u do first u charge it next u turn on the swith and turn on the volume then gently whack it until it turns on if that doesent work take it in to a repair shop they will help u alot.
