The CW is the combination of UPN and WB. They combined and got the new CW. In the Houston Texas area it's channel 39 on regular TV without cable, I'm not sure about with Time Warner.

It depends on where you live - in most markets, the CW seems to be a higher numbered station (i.e., over channel 30 or so).
The CW's web site (below) has a link where you can find what your local CW station is.

Well, it ended with season 7 and Rory ended up with no one. A few episodes before the finale, Logan proposed to Rory and she later said no, and Dean broke up with Rory in season 5 and he never was on the show again. Jess left Rory (again) in the end of season 3 so obviously they were broken up and then he came back in season 4 and said that he loved her and he wanted her to leave Yale and go with him and she said no. Then he comes back in season 6 but just as friends (although they do kiss...) Rory and Jess were my favorite together =). But yea. She doesn't end up with any one.
