The tetras are good food for the shrimp if he can get a grip on them...even accidentally, better avoid this combination.

it should be good. I've heard that clams are hard to take care of tho and that most of the time freshwater ones die quickly. Here is a good website...www.liveaquaria.com! I would suggest getting the shrimp and clam a few weeks after getting the tetras. THey need established aqurariums, that means its been filtering and with animals in it!

have fun!

Tetras would make an incredible addition on your tank. continuously be certain to get a minimum of three or 4 minimum as they seem to be a education fish. Your beta would be effective as long as you do no longer upload yet another beta fish. in one tank, I even have had purple Tail shark, tetras of distinctive varieties, Black Knife Fish, Angel Fish, Gourami's and you will even effectively positioned Tiger Barbs right into a community tank, as long as there are a number of as they are the variety to p.c.. on fish, yet in a extensive college, they are going to p.c.. on purely one yet another.

sounds like a good combo, and it should work, for best results ad the invertabrates a few weeks after the fish. and be sure to feed well and check water quality.

a weird mix but it should work... i have no idea how you'd feed the clam. Once in a while make sure the clam is alive.. if it's dead you have to take it out so it doesn't pollute the water.
