Right click in the grey area where your URL bar should be & a few options will pop up. Click on "address bar" and a checkmark should appear to its left. It should come back after that.

Click on View, then on Toolbars. If there isn't a checkmark by Address Bar, click on it and that will bring up the address bar.

If you have Internet Explorer, right click up by the other bars and click on "Address Bar." Hope this helps.
