I asked a similar question to Yahoo Answers a few weeks ago and here is what some other kind person told me, some really helped, you have all my sympathy!!

Also, ignore the jerky answers...which is hard to do with PMS...LOL

-Take a walk. Or, if you're in too much pain, lie down and pretend you're on an upside down bycycle. (Weird, I know, but it helps.) Stretch your legs out like you were trying to do the splits. The groin and lower stomach area need stretching and moving, so whatever leg motions you are comfortable with, try it.

-Heating pads on your stomach or back. I find that even though my back doesn't hurt it helps to apply the heat to my back. Ther are the plug-in types or the portable (and expensive) Thermacare ones that don't require electricity. I LOVE them.

-Drink something hot, like hot water. Try not to drink anything with caffine or too much sodium because it'll make it worse.

-A good soak in the bath or shower helps. Similar to using heating pads.

-Watch a chick flick, have some ice cream. Or curl up with a good book. Sometimes you just need to focus on something else and that'll help relieve the pain.

When i get really really bad cramps, i try to put as much pressure on my stomach with my hands leaning over and i have a heating pad on my stomach, i lay like that for a while trying to think about other things and just cry. It usually stops after a couple of hours. I also try laying in hot bath water to ease the pain.

Rest, if you can by lying down. Aleve, Tylenol or Advil will work; as well as a heating pad. When mine were really bad, I also had my husband press on my belly and that made it feel better.

Normally long, hot baths make me feel better. If it gets real bad take some Tylenol.
