For question 1
multiply out the squared ones in brakets, and then add all common terms together.

For question 2
multiply out the squared ones in brakets, and then multiply it to what is outside the braket, and then add all the common terms together

Question 3
Subract the last term from the first term (they are the same) and then you have will have 2 terms that's you answer.

Denpending on how simplified you want them you may have to factor them at the end also. Hopefully that makes sense.

1. 7x^6y^4 + (x^3y^2)^2
7x^6y^4 + x^6y^4 { (x^m)^n = x^mn}
8x^6y^4

2. x^2(xy^3)^2 + y^2(x^2y^2)^2
x^2(x^2y^6) + y^2(x^4y^4)
x^4y^6 + x^4y^6
2x^4y^6

3.7x^2+3x-x^2
6x^2 + 3x
3x(2x + 1)

1. (7x^6 * y^4) + (x^3*y^2)^2 = (8x^6)(y^4)
2. x^2(x * y^3)^2 + y^2(x^2 * y^2)^2 = (2x^4)(y^6)
3. (7x^2) + (3x) - (x^2) = 6x^2 + 3x

Hope this helps ;).
