no but you can be a better parent to help protect them from emotional scarring making them wear a helmet is not emotinally healthy

It will probobly do more emotional scarring than prevention of it. Why would you make them always wear it? Helmets are made exclusively for vehicles, and contact sports. That's it.

Im abit confused at the 'ALL TIMES' part. Do u mean every minute of every day untill they go to bed or just wen they go out riding? If its just wen they go riding then believe me they will have plenty of other accidents before they get older so dont worry about the emotional scarring they will toughen up theyre own way

If the helmets come with ear plugs, yes. I just put my kids in a giant bubble.
