I am a 20 year sophmore in college. I only do 13 credit hours of school. I am always finding it hard to get up in the mornings for classes and as soon as I am done with class I go right back to sleep. I go to bed really early every night usually around 9 or 10. I have been on the Depo shot for 6 months now, but I was always tired before. I dont like to drive because I always feel like I will fall asleep at the wheel. Can any one help me?

You aren't getting enough exercise! Sleeping too much makes you sleepier. Go to bed around 9 and wake up early enough to go for a short walk or run before school. It will give you more energy during the day and deeper sleep at night. It'll be hard to get in the habit at first, but you will feel so much better if you stick to it and not let yourself get lazy. Stay off fake & fatty foods too. Good luck!

honey, i have the same problem only im not in school nor do i work. i am always at home or running around doing errands and things, i was diagnosed with depression & i recently stopped taking my medication they say if youre out of shape, or need to tone up that, that will make you tired and make you feel exhaused too. so heck i dunno what im going to do either, maybe you should just get a check up with your dr, and tell them that you are always exhausted & see if they can suggest something.

Have you been tested for diabetes and glandular fever, to name but a few? You need to get yourself to the doctor's, or you'll never find out

I would suggest having your thyroid checked out. You may have mono. Either way a visit to your physician is in order.

you should get some blood tests.
it doesn't sound like mono, if it was mononucleousis you would have other symptoms of sickness like sore throat or headaches.
