First you need to find the slope. (use the slope formula). In your case it should come out to be -1.
Now chose either point and the slope and substitute into the pt-slope form.
(y - y1) = m(x - x1)
Manipulate the equation into slope-intercept or standard form, whichever the question asks for.
I will let you do the necessary work. You should come out with
y = -x + 2 or x + y = 2

The equation of a stright line passing through two points(x1,x1) and (y1,y2) is (x-x1)/(x1-x2)=(y-y1)/(y1-y2)
The rqd. eqn.is(x+1)/-1-3)=(y-3)/(3+2)
=>x+1/-4=y-3/5
=>5x+5=-4y+12
=>5x+4y-7=0

find the slope then put it here like this
y = mx+b the y i sthe y value then m is the slope then b is the y intercept
same for the second 1
