horrible roommates?

i'm a university student who lives with 4 other girls in a suite-style house. we all have separate rooms but share a common room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. 3 of the 4 are very messy and inconsiderate, never cleaning up after themselves and being loud well into the night. i need a way to deal with them. so far, i have just been locking myself in my room to get away from them. help me!

It could be worse (hence the name "roommate from hell")
Ive only had 1 good roommate out of about 10. It's amazing we're all still speaking.
