download a program like Utorrent
go to torrentspy.com
search for whatever movie you want, such as superman
choose a file around 700mb
click on it and download, click on open when download window apperars
when it shows up in utorrent, just ckick ok and wait
when complete, open it and watch
torrents are much safer than any other p2p programs cus you can see how many people have it; and there are forums

Try to download LIMEWIRE www.limewire.com and search for the file, but beware sometimes files like .AVI, .MPG etc. comes with virus and stuff and since Limewire is a P2P program (Peer to Peer) you don't know if the other person's computer is clean.

Well, since the movie IS copyrighted and the copyright holders didn't let you download it for free, whatever one you get will be a pirated copy and illegal.
