there is alot of of websites. youtube has most of the animes. animeepisodes.net has some good ones too. hope you find what you're looking for!

do you mean watching it online?
if so, youtube.com is definitely the best as heaps of people upload anime on it.
if you mean downloading anime and from files such as rmvb, avi, mpeg etc. then there are various that provide fansub.
