I take it out on hookers.
EDIT: don't kill hookers.

There are a couple of people in my life that I used to be that way around. Basically content yourself with the fact that these are miserable individuals who can only make themselves feel better by tearing you down. Also remind yourself that this person will not be around your whole life. This is just a temporary blip in time. Tell yourself "I'm better than this. I don't have to lower myself to his level." Take a deeeeeeep breath, picture something in your mind that makes you smile, like your best friend, or your pet, or a pleasant memory, and the anger will fade. And don't ever try to have a "comeback" because that's what he wants. He wants to see you get mad. When you stay calm and ignore him, he loses.

I actually had this type of temper up until I was about 27.
My Husband and I had a violent verbal argument over something. I threw my car keys down and it took about 20 minutes before I felt something wet on my foot, I looked down to realize that one of the keys was standing up in my foot and blood was all over the top of my foot.
I was so angry I actually didn't even feel the pain.
So I come from experience. LEARN TO WALK AWAY. Words are just words. Leave them behind and go on. DO NOT LET SOMEONE ELSE GET YOU IN TROUBLE BECAUSE OF THEIR STUPID WORDS.
That was how I was cured. I was so angry
I couldn't even feel pain. So stay in touch with your feelings.

Usually, when you feel this much emotion for someone you don't even know it's because of one thing, you see all the worst traits in him that you are attracted to. Most people do not want to admit that they are attracted to someone that exhibits traits they are trying to suppress, yet , by trying to suppress these traits they are attracted to the person that exhibits them fearlessly. I would suggest two courses of action to enable you to overcome your loathing of this person to the point of violence.
1: Identify exactly what it is that he does or says that upsets you and search for its counterpart in yourself. Accept this characteristic of yourself and you will find that he no longer bothers you so much.
2. If you cannot do number one, avoid social contact with him until you feel better about yourself. Coming into contact with him obviously makes you feel inferior to him. When you feel you are his equal or better, he will no longer affect you that way. The best way to regain your self esteem is to involve yourself in something that is not about you, like volunteer work. Once you feel better, you will wonder why he ever bothered you at all.

I get picked on but i ignore them. U'd probably think u can't do that. Yes, u can. While they're making fun of u how about u walk away, talk to u're best friend, or think of something that pleasures u.

Talk a bigger guy into threatening to kick his a** if he bothers you any more. It works. With a bigmouth like him, it will probably be easy to find somebody who would love to take on the job for you.

I've felt like that lots. The best thing to do is take deep breaths and walk away or confront him and ask him what his problem is. And why he has such a problem with you.

I usually wear a rubber band around my wrist. When something makes me angry, I snap the band on my wrist. It hurts like hell, but I "snap" out of my bad temper!

Yeah, hookers or bums are good. JK
Why don't you try making fun of him for a while. I love ripping on people and always enjoy it when they do it right back.

My mom always used to tell me that whenever you feel anger about to explode, just close your eyes and slowly count to ten it's supposed to calm you down.
