Rip the CD onto iTunes and then it will be in your library. Then just synch your iPod with your computer and the songs from the CD will be on the mp3 player. To synch them: When you put the CD in the disk will appear in the left hand column iTunes. Click on it (if you are not automatically taken there) and then click "import CD" which should appear in the bottom right-hand corner. to update the iPod (I assume you all ready know, but if not): you should be able to just plug the iPod into your computer with its provided USB cable and it will synch automatically. Often it helps if iTunes is all ready open for the sake of time it takes to load.
