Look in the classified ads in your local newspaper. You can often get a great deal because many people, when they move, don't take their washers/dryers with them. The price will be extremely low because most are desperate to dump them as quick as possible.

Personally I don't think you can beat a Maytag, but Kenmore (sears) have some nice looking w/d..I would just make sure I got the extended warranty and you'll be covered

the perfect place to go is like a sears outlet store. the only thing wrong with them is a dent or so. but they are marked down like over $150.00.
