Hah !!! What makes some thing perfect for me, is any imperfection. A chip, a nick, a crack, even if it's so tiny it's unnoticable !!! If you're talking about people, then it's someone who is honest, kind, loving, compassionate, thoughtful, etc. on the inside as well as the outside; in private and in public.

Something not man made. Like the mountains at sunset or a still lake. They are perfect because they are natural.
