Nothing will change your behavior other than some kind of counseling or maybe an anger management course. Church may also help... I do know because I've lived with an angry person for 3 three years now. I have seen him struggle with this same issue!

Retrain YOURSELF. You can do it.
1. Never lay a hand on your children in violence or anger.. My daughter had to leave my presence when I was angry or I went to my bedroon to calm down.
2. Next, decide to never again use another fowl or filthy word.
3. When you feel anger coming on, remove yourself from the situation.
4. As you reign in these tendencies you will become a calmer person.
My favorite line is"How do you eat an Elephant?"
One bite at a time.
Work on one thing at a time, to get yourself under control. You can do it. I did it .
Happy Holidays and Best wishes for a successful transformation.

Diet is only a small part of your rehabilitation. I think you need to take your therapy a little more seriously. Doesn't seem like you gave it a chance. Anger management classes may be a start

Tell people to REALLY go away before u get to angry. And try to treat people as nicly as u can just so u are a better person (NOT then they are just u yourself are better then u are) and if they're mean to u know u are the better person. And try to do as many happy things as possible.

All I can say is the most basic cure.
"Think before you speak."
It works for me. Think of how you would feel if someone said that to you. Take a few seconds to answer.
And by the way, diets won't help.

I recommend that you seek help from a pastor at a church and also read The Holy Bible. Praying helps and asking God into your life helps. domestic violence counseling helps too.
