The worst burden of living with yourself is that you can't get away from yourself no matter how much you want to!
You know all the bad things and want to change and you might hate your attitude, and if it was another person, you could kick them to the curb, but since it's you you can't!

Living with yourself is only a problem if you have guilt or regrets. When you learn to process guilt and regrets in a healthy way, living with yourself is just fine.
In fact.... one day .... I just woke up and stopped biting my nails, which was a lifelong habit. It's been a couple of years now and I realize that when I laid the burden down, the tension left with it.... and thus, the nail biting.
Best Wishes,
Sue

The worst burden is also the best burden. Trying to bring the complete and total person that I know I am to the fore front of my personallity, meaning that you know your personal best is in there and working every day to become that person you see in your minds eye.
