Jamaica dose not have a third city,it has two cities,Kingston the capital and MontegoBay the second no third.
Portmore however is a municipality that is alot bigger than Montego Bay,as it serves as a dormitory for the city of Kingston,there fore making it the largest(most well educated group of individuals in the caribbean), community in the english speaking caribbean.
