I have only ordered from QVC so I do not know a whole lot about HSN's service...QVC had great service.

Great question, I prefer hsn. I have gotten some great household products from them. I did get some beautiful 18k gold earrings from QVC though, they have that adorable Lisa on!

I have gotten things from both over the years and I have better luck with HSN

I'm not sure, I enjoy both channels but I like the HSN website more because they actually have/allow customer reviews.
