I think they may be, but it's kind of hard to tell, because they are extremely small. They look grayish & black like the adults, just not as strong in color.

African cichlids that are mouthbrooding are complete little fish, while African cichld that are not will be born with the yolk sac like most types of fish.

yes they are live breeders and they breed ALOT,unless you have a girl and a girl...but they can change sex's if the the hormones are high....lol
