How can i right click on my laptop start menu?

I want to put all my folders in the right order but i try and right click but it doesnt work. Any help???

(Start ->>> All Program ->>>> Right click doesnt work)

In Windows XP, you can use the control panel to view your taskbar options. Click the start menu tab, and then "customise", and then "sort". To enable you to make your own order, enable the tick box "allow personalised menus".

Hope that helps. Have a play with those settings, you can't do much harm, just remember how the settings were when you first went into the screen.
