Well seeing as how the PS3 was just released and the Xbox 360 has been out for a year now I would go with the 360 and here is why. Just about every system has problems within the first year, which means that you are more likely to experience problems with the PS3 as opposed to the Xbox 360. I know that Sony has mended the problems they were having with the online capabilities and there service is free as opposed to fifty or sixty dollars a year with the Xbox 360. Based upon the experiences I have had with brand new systems I would recommend that you go with the 360 now and wait until the bugs are fixed on the PS3 before you get one of those.

Get the xbox 360, I had the same dilemma myself and I went for the one that has been out longer since it has more titles out and the PS3 is bound to have problems.
