Where do i get a pokemon with DIG in pokemon emerald version?

I'm not sure about Emerald...but ou can trade a Diglett or Dugtrio from Fire Red/Leaf Green. But its TM 28, so you can always use the TM to teach dig.

Or Trapinch can learn dig at level 41.

u can only find DIG in a tm and then teach it to a pokemon.

Trade a diglite from a Firered/leafgreen or look it up in the Attackdex at http://serebii.net/

I think you can raise a trapinch to level i think 40 DON'T EVOLVE
