you don't need a cd burner. But you do need a DVD drive.

If you can play the DVD on your computer then you can get the movie onto your computer with something called DVD Shrink.

YES, as long as you have a DVD "player" or "reader". You ONLY need a burner to transfer from PC TO DVD.

Simply "explore" the DVD, and then "copy" the DVD contents to a file on the PC. NOTE: MOST DVD's will take 4GB+ storage on your HD.

Copy ALL the files to a single folder, keeping them in any "sub-folders" they may have on the DVD when you transfer them.

well ... im not understanding you really ... u have a dvd and u want to put it on ur pc? then u need a dvd burner or at least a dvd reader drive ..
