I've used this on a few of my ex's and it really gets the point accross...what you'll want to do is find an excuse to go to his/her house..the day before you'll want to eat as much beans and broccoli as you can handle...you can also eat deviled eggs if you so desire...the mornig before you go to said ex's hous make sure you have a few bran muffins to get things stirring pretty well...while you are at their house ask to use the bathroom. Once you are in the bathroom lock the door to avoid being interupted, and as quietly as you can remove the tank cover from the back of the toilet, and make your business right into the tank. Quietly as possible put the tank cover back and find an excuse to leave as soon as you can...it'll usually take about 2 weeks for said ex to figure out where the smell is coming from, and by that time they can't figure out who did it...

Throw men's underwear in his yard, trees, bushes, and house and then on a piece of crdbored write here some of your own so quit stealing mine and put it on his porch

I wouldn't try to get back at him. How is it that your ex-boyfriend has access to your underwear? If he has a key to your place, change your locks. If you let him in, try keeping a closer eye on him, or don't invite him over any more.

Put itching powder in a pair that he might be likely to take. Just remember which pair you put the powder in so you aren't surprised later on.
Or just kick his butt.
