because of culture n preference. for example most white people wouldnt name there daughter shiniqua because theyd prolly b worried wut other people would think of them. dum things liek that. i on the other hand plan on nameing my child either Ny'Asia or Azhireya which r im sure seen as prodominantly "black names", even tho my child/future kids will only be half black, i just liek those names better than the usuaul "white names". so i think its basically just a combo of reasons, many of which i think r ridiculous.

p.s..... i actually no a white shyniqua lol

a honest quantity yet not solely. As examples (yet not an unique record!), i understand Punch somewhat likes Elvis Costello, yet captain futility would not (on the different hand, the captain and that i've got a brilliant style of human beings bands in user-friendly). i understand colorings of gray and that i are the two huge Warren Zevon followers, yet i don't understand how many different human beings are. 1965 and that i will nicely be the comparable individual, musically! on the different hand, there are human beings with whom I even have much less in user-friendly, like RJ (who's the only individual i've got ever considered additionally point out cunning Shazam, whether) and killer peaches, whose musical pastimes are very, very diverse than mine. For a brilliant style of those human beings (and the others on my touch record), nonetheless, the well-known of their replies is what made me friends with them, not their musical pastimes. i'm hoping my contacts think of the comparable of me!

I think that a lot of "ethnic" cultures have names that are part of their lineage and history. Kind of like having a "family" name, only its culture wide. If you are not aware of the basis of a culture, than you can not appreciate the names origin.

I think that used to be the case, but lately I've seen a lot of crossovers. With the "creativity" and "uniqueness" of today's parents, I think a name is a name, and you can't really place it within any specific ethnic group.
