My boyfriend decided to spend thanksgiving with his roomates than with me and my family..he didn't even bother to stop by. Is it wrong for me to be upset? He lives with them; i only get to see him during the weekends.

Is he accepted by your family? Also, is he a new boyfriend?

If he realizes your family does not like him, he may not want to go to Thanksgiving with your family. If he's a new boyfriend of yours, he may not feel comfortable being at Thanksgiving with your family. Obviously you would want to be with your family for the holiday and so you wouldn't be spending it with him and his roommates.

I can see where you're coming from and why you're upset, but if one of the two above listed situations is the case, that would be where his perspective is.

Wow, your boyfriend's impolite... I mean, he LIVES with them, but he's celebrating Thanksgiving with them!? He only sees you on the WEEKENDS, and he's not taking the opportunity to see YOU? :/

It doesn't sound like he's as passionate about your relationship as you are. I would drop him and find someone that wants to be with you on the holidays. That's just wrong.

unfortunately boys are boys and they don't consider that their fun might upset us girlys... he probably meant nothing malicious, just maybe this was his last chance to enjoy a "boys time" before settling into the grown up world.
