finally someone who talks sense.
i am against abortion but have always said if it was a case i would die and leave my other children without a mother i would have to terminate the pregnancy, i also think its wrong to use it as a form of contraception but sometimes women really have no other choice
i will always believe abortion is down to the women its her body her choice and she should not be punished for it.

***1.If you are pregnant and the doctor said to you that you would die if you carried the pregnancy then would you go ahead and not get an abortion and die and leave your kids/family behide?***

In this case, I would have to do some soul-searching. Doctors are wrong all the time. How can they be so certain you would die? If they can prove without the shadow of a doubt that I would die, then *right at this moment* I would probably terminate. But, as I said, they would have to prove it 210% before I could make that decision.

***If you feel like abortion is murder than letting yourself die willing is suicide and in the bible suicide is a sin so what are your thought?***

As I don't believe in the bible that the christians use, this one doesn't pertain to me

***Personally i am for abortion. I have that right to choose if something should ever happen to me and i did not want to carry the fetus to term.***

Yes, you do have the right to choose and I support your right. I may not support your reasoning for it, however. But, it's your life and you have to live with the consequences. Although, if you don't want to carry a "fetus" to term, then you should take the responsiblity in the beginning to keep from getting pregnant

**2.If abortion is murder then how can a doctor that takes an oath "to do no harm" be able to perform this medical procedure?***

Again, that it their choice and they have to live with the consequences. They also take the oath to do what's best for the patient and they break that one all the time.

***3.If abortion is murder then what is that called what the american soldiers are doing across the seas to men, women and their babies?***

It's murder. The only time it would be any different was if the soldier had a gun pointed at them by a man or woman. There is no excuse for the children being killed.

1.If you are pregnant and the doctor said to you that you would die if you carried the pregnancy then would you go ahead and not get an abortion and die and leave your kids/family behide?
*** I would pray a LOT. I have no idea what I would do. Im sure there would be a lot of crying and pain. ***

2.If abortion is murder then how can a doctor that takes an oath "to do no harm" be able to perform this medical procedure?
*** Because we have decided that a fetus is not a baby. Society has made this procedure "no harm". However, with more and more science we are finding that a "fetus" is alive and well very early in pregnancy ***

3.If abortion is murder then what is that called what the american soldiers are doing across the seas to men, women and their babies?
*** Um, they are both murder. I dont see what this has to do with abortion. ***

1. There are very rare situations where a women is told that she will die giving birth. With all of the technology that we have today there is so much that doctors can do. The doctor could do a number of things besides performing an abortion and if you are that high of a risk why would you even allow yourself to get pregnant in the first place.

2. I think that it comes down to morals!!! And what a person feels what is right in their heart. If you didn't want a baby you should take birth-control, make the person that you sleep with wear a condom and do every thing to prevent your-self from getting pregnant. A baby should not be killed in the result of someone Else's stupidity. There are tons of people in this world that CAN NOT have babies of their own and people are getting pregnat and killing them. It is just crazy. There are actually people out there that would do ANYTHING in the world to carry their own baby in their womb and give birth!!! Also I would like every women that gets pregnat and does not want the baby that there are TONS of wemon that will adopt their baby and love the baby with all of their hearts and that will make a very good life for the child. In some situations there is no cost to the wemon that is carrying the baby. The adoptive parents pay for everything and make sure that you are taken care of as well as the baby!!! 9 months go by really fast and then you can go on with your life and live as if you have never had a baby if you want. Just please think about this before making any crazy decisions such as abortion!!!

Under those circumstances where you have to choose your life or that of your unborn child, then abortion would not be a done because of the circumstances which women do it today, "not ready", not financially stable, change of mind, etc. Despite the fact that you are murdering this child is not correct, committing suicide either. Two wrongs do not make a right, so basically you make a choice where is justifiable and at the same time that is what most makes sense. Murdering because you were irresponsible and did not use protection and then decided to simply abort, that is cold hearted murder, premeditated.

As to a doctor taking an oath to do no harm does not mean that because "HE" does not believe that he is doing no harm to someone, that is actually true. That is his "belief" and therefore, that oath does not make him correct or does it indicate that he is doing the correct thing. One decides what is correct and one decides what decisions we make and whether we could live with them or not.

The same way that you believe that abortion is acceptable and I may believe that is not, does not mean that it is written in stone and that "WE" could determine whether one or the other is correct. As human beings, each mind thinks differently and therefore only God, if there is one, will be the judge of our actions after we die.

1. If you doctor tells you that you would die if you carried your pregnancy to term, get another doctor. The odds are a trillion to one that this is true today with our modern technically advanced medicine. I know a woman whose doctor told her this and she had the baby, anyway. The docror told her that she would surely die on the next pregnancy, she had a second baby. The doctor told her that she would positively die if she had another child. She had two more before she quit having children. She delivered four (4) healthy children after her doctor told her she would die delivering the first baby.

2. Doctors do not perform abortions, murderers do. My doctor does not and will not do an abortion. No REAL doctor will!

3. They are defending America from terrorism...not murdering innocent children.

If you are pro-abortion, I will pray for you.

I am against abortion.
I can not tell you what I would do in the situation of my life because I have never been there.
As far as doctors taking an oath "to do no harm" I really don't have a whole lot of faith in that because I have seen doctors do harm.
And As far as the soldiers overseas, I think that really has nothing to do with it. Although I am not for what they are doing either. Because I believe life is precious to preserved at all cost.
But you aren't going to change my mind and I am not going to change your mind, so there is no point in trying to argue over it. I love everyone, no matter if they have an abortion or not.

there is a difference between having an abortion for extreme medical cases and having one because you were to careless and or lazy to use birth control.
when i was in middle school (13) there was a girl who was 15 who had already had 5 abortions. she had had over 70 sexual partners. she finally had a baby at 16 because her doctor told her that she could die if she had any more abortions.
when people use abortion in that way, i think it is murder, and it is wrong. everything is not always cut and dry.

I am not for abortion in certain cases and I am sure I speak for a lot of people. If you are dieing then yes you should have an abortion, and I'm sure that the doctor will not let you keep the pregnancy, and plus it will probably miscarry.

2.The doctor isn't doing harm but the baby can feel pain, you should do more research on it. What if it was you getting "terminated" Is it the babies fault? No.

3. And the war thing, have you forgotten who THEY killed?! Our innocent people! We are out there to help. If they get killed it is because of their own suicidal bombers. We are just trying to help their people. They are killing each other off.

This is quite different to abortion for convinience. This would be life threatening situation & most often the baby would die with the mother. Under these circumstance a life must be saved.
