Well I can say that i love myself... but the problem is that I always try to do everything perfect. That's not a bad thing...but in that way doing perfect things for the others...i lose energy for myself.

We have all had negative thoughts from time to time. They are part of life. The trick is to recognize them and then to rise above them and to not let them control our lives. To accept ourselves as we are is one of the big challenges of life. Wiliam Shakespeare said,
"This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
Farewell; my blessing season this in thee!"
We would all do well to take it to heart.

i hate myself. i really, really wish that the world would rewind like a videotape so i wish i could start all over. i would not have been mixed up with the so-called family i have, nor would i have been such a failure. half the things that happened are my fault, and the other half, i don't know why they happened(and continue to happen).
