I have no idea. Personally I don't have a problem with sex before marriage as I would want to know what I was getting before I got married to a man for life. Not that sex is all a relationship is but I think it's an important part. I don't think you should sleep around indiscrimately regardless of being married or not though.

your virginity is not something to be thrown about. GOD gave you the ability to have sex to create children to keep the population growing.
Intercourse is a sign of true and the deepest love to you MATE. and should not be taken likely and should in fact be over estimated in its importance.
just think how beautiful your look to your spouse if your the only person they have ever seen. then think how it would feel to be com paired to others.
2 Timothy 2:22 - "Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."
on the subject of marriage. this is a even deeper bond, and those who say sex before marriage is wrong recognize the importance of marriage and don't fall into it too easily.

your future mate
but most importantly
trust GOD with all your heart.
he has the perfect life set for.
a life where sex comes after marriage.

Ya know, I've always found this subject interesting, because not many ppl know what's wrong with pre-marrital sex. Believe me, I'm not innocent of the whole thing myself, but I have put alot of thought into it. Do you realize that if more ppl held off on having sex till they were married that the amount of babies born out of wedlock would lessen (I personally have 2 kids born out of wedlock,,,,,and the fathers are gone,,,,,very sad). Hence, the amount of single mothers who have no other option but to depend on, to some extent, government help would lessen. Teenage mothers would be virtually unheard of. Sexually transmitted diseases would be less because less ppl would be sleeping with less ppl!! I don't think that ppl even think about the importance, the intamacy, and the sacredness of sex anymore. Since I took all three of those things into account, sex has been so much more enjoyable!! Has anybody taken into account that THAT is just what a marriage is (on top of several other things)? It is a promise TO GOD!! that you will never have sex with anybody else except to the person you are married to!!! And just the fact that it is your body to give to someone special,,,,, I mean if nobody is special enough to give your body to forever, then they aren't special enough to give it to at all. More ppl would respect themselves more if they weren't just giving themselves to others on a whim that it might last. If ppl took marriage more serious, and i mean as serious as serious could get,,,,, if they realized that it really is forever,,, and that it is not easily remedied by divorce, there wouldn't be many. Divorce is created for ppl who are victims of abuse and adultry; not because they just don't think its worth it anymore,,,, and if they do, they weren't ready to be married to begin with. For better AND for worse, For richer AND for poorer, in sickness AND in health. Ppl shouldn't be saying it if they don;t mean it. I can't say that I am completely innocent on any of these things.I have learned from life experience. hoping i can broaden others points of view and in some way help to make this world a better place to be. Marriage, sex,,,,,they are beautiful, important, sacred things that belong together,,,,HAND IN HAND!!!

How did you determine that "half of these people" will not get married? How do you know that they will never get married.
Did you take a scientific poll?
Did you do any kind of serious research?
Or did you just make up a statistic to make your point? Exactly what IS your point?

once you have sex in a relationship it changes the tone of the relationship. both my wife and i agree we should have waited. however we are now happily married
