I really loved this girl, I thought she loved me too, but now I know she used me to fulfill her needs both sexual and other wise. She later dumped me and got married to an American of Indian origin. She now wants me to make love to her just once, She is very unhappy with her sexual life.I still love her and I’d love to get intimate with her even if means for just a night. Does anyone think I should go ahead with it, Don’t you think its my turn to use her?

Why ruin her husband's (who hopefully loves her) relationship? No offense, but she sounds like a very selfish person. I wouldn't even want to be around someone like that.
Tell her that she is being completely unfair to her husband.

Don't bother.
She's married now. If this is her idea and you're going along with it, you shouldn't. If you "use" her, you're just as bad as she is.
Move on and find someone better.
