The question of forgiveness of sins has to be approached from two aspects. First, those who are affected by the sinner. They are the only ones who have the power to forgive the sinner. As for the person who committed the sin, they may ask for forgiveness, but it does not remove the fact that they sinned. Before asking for forgiveness, there must be repentance, not just saying, "I'm sorry" but truly meaning it, and attempting to do something to make reparations. In the case of the WTC, the perpetrators knew exactly what they were going to do, there was no repentance, and no reparations. So they die carrying their grievious sin with them. They will face a higher court. But for sins of a less glaring magnitude, if the sinner repents and attempts to make reparations, sins can be forgiven.
There was a beautiful example of that recently, when a young man, driving while impaired, killed another young man. Both were in their late teens. The driver was truly sorry, and apologized to the mother of the boy he had killed. She accepted his apology, forgave him, and asked him to help her in a program that involved going into the schools and talking to young men and women about driving while impaired. It was not an easy thing for him to stand up in front of a roomful of young people and confess to taking another life, simply becaue he had been stupid enough to drive while impaired. He urged them to be sensible, especially around grad celebration time, and use a designated driver if they were going to party. And he cried when he told them he wished he had been smart enough to do that.
It was tremendously impactful, and made a deep impression on the students. The young man felt better about himself, first because he had made a public confession and pledged never to drive while drinking, and the mother felt better, because some good was being created out of the sorrow attached to her son's death. That's an exteme case, but a good demonstration of sin, repenting, making restitution, and giving and finding forgiveness.

took me ages to work out what you were asking - but yes even that could be forgiven, fortunately I didn't lose anyone in the tragedy - I suspect people who actually lost a friend and/or relative might have a different reaction though!

When I hear that priests get forgiven for sins against little boys, I lose all 'faith' in the practise of forgiveness.

You need to write a little more coherently, your grammar is awful.

You can forgive anyone that you chose to forgive, it is not something that is only saved for those who did something accidentally. It is your choice whether you want to forgive someone.

if you truly repent....ask forgiveness from Jesus and accept Him into your life as Lord and Savior, then you would be forgiven and would go to heaven. but in all honesty, most PEOPLE would probably never forgive you for doing that, but Jesus does.
