use any logo creator....or any on line logo maker...for temp use...if u want to make sum gr8 logo go through some tutorial (adobe) and make professional type logo......

You can make a logo by hand, by computer etc

Adobe Illustrator is one of the best programs which graphic designer use in real world to create logo. first you sketch out your ideas and than when you finalise what you want you create it with illustrator.
