Ironic, some people are addicted to pain pills (like in my favorite t.v. show House) and other people are addicted to pain itself.
But to answer your question, yes, for me one pain can be used just like painkillers to relieve another pain I have somewhere else in my body (and I almost always have some kind of pain somewhere).
Ah, (or Ow?) pain is such a mystery.

Talk to your Dr about TOPAMAX, it's a medicine for seizures but, it's also found to help stop MIGRAINES. I use to have them, but since taking TOPOMAX, I haven't had the 1st one. It's one prescription, I never run out of.
