I will be in India during all of the bowl games, and would like to see them and other games (even in the middle of the night)

Go to www.viidoo.com and download their excellent TVU Player - I'm in the UK and I watch two or three great college games every weekend on NBC, FOX and CBS on it. You'll need a good broadband connection, but it's worth it.
