Actually, we went out of the norm this year. But I really got the best of both worlds. My sweetie made the most fabulous Chili EVER. I'd been craving it, and it's a bit expensive to make.....lots of "special" ingredients. But then we went to visit friends later in the evening and brought some chilli, and they donated their turkey and fixings and we had a late afternoon, early evening munch fest.

There was turkey, and stuffing, and brocolli-cheese casserole, and sweet potatoes, and rolls and chilli and corn bread and crackers and pumpkin and pecan pie. Um, we also had a relish tray and green bean casserole. YUM

We ate at my son's house. It was wonderful, but we have no left-overs to munch on today. Happy Thanksgiving a few weeks late!
