If you are really not interested in current career and if you do not get enough time for preparation and study - QUIT. But the real decision will depend on ground realities. Do you really think you will clear the exam and have a caliber to become IAS officer? Do you have any current family obligations? Do you need money at present? Have to discussed this quitting possibility with your parents and near dear ones? What are their views? How good is your educational background since childhood? Think and discuss and then take a decision.
